Include Group Contacts In Phone Directory

You need to be a Business Portal admin to enable this feature.
  1. Login to the Cloud Phone Business Portal as an admin.
  2. Choose a Site from the Sites tab.
  3. Select Features from the left menu and choose Phone Services from the Contacts section.
  4. On the Phone Services page, tick the box Include Group Contacts In Phone Directory
